Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–5 business days (weekends and Canadian holidays excluded). Custom or made-to-order items will have shipping timelines discussed with you directly.
As a one-woman side hustle, delays may happen occasionally. If they do, I’ll let you know and, when appropriate, explain the reason.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Some Canadian orders are eligible for free untracked shipping. However, these items are not eligible for returns, so please keep that in mind.

Local Delivery

  • Free local delivery for orders over $30 within Cochrane, ON; $5 for orders under $30.
  • Deliveries happen weekdays from 4:30–7 PM. I’ll text you on the day so you know I’m on the way.

In-Store Pickup
Skip shipping fees and pick up your order at the Homebody Handmade Studio. Orders are ready in 3–5 business days, and I’ll email you with instructions. Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.

International Shipping
Available on request. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Give it 48 hours to update. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of the shipping notification, email me at hello@homebodyhandmade.ca with your order number, and I’ll look into it.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Canada Post delivery is available for P.O. Boxes.

Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
Returns are accepted up to 10 days after delivery, for unused items in original condition (some exceptions apply. Please see the full Return Policy).
If your order arrives damaged, email me as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. I’ll do my best to find a solution that works for you.
